This role involves Supervision and Contract governance of TowerCo & Other passive partners.

Operationally accountable and responsible for enterprise network planning and strategy.

Prequalify suppliers through tendering or headhunting.

Develop POS for all COCOs, COFOS, AMB, Agents, SSOs and other outlets for GSM and AM.

Manage and update the IR database, ensuring accurate investor/stakeholder information is captured and updated.

Ensuring monthly HBB special offers are in place to drive profit and revenue in line with AOP.

Develop annual KPIs and balance score card objectives regarding revenue achievement according to the business plan.

Preparation of Franchise Partners and Sales teams KPI targets for daily and monthly Performance monitoring and Tracking.

Prepare and seek approval of financial resources for brand communication initiatives for the department.

Develop processes, policies, and strategies to support the delivery of Learning & development initiatives.

Developing, executing, and protecting customer brand love.
