African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) jobs

Adhere to Toyota Warehouse standards & implement proper Ware house bin location in line with TMC 7 storage warehouse principles.

Initiate and carry out business development activities in agreement with the Director – Business Development and Strategic Partnership and other partners.

Compliance Procedures: review existing accounting and financial controls and other legal compliance processes in place and make any necessary revisions or additions;

Build and maintain a strong, innovative senior leadership team and ensure AIRD Policies and Code of Conduct are followed.

Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; develop financial reporting materials for all donor segments and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.

Collect fares, and handle any complaints or emergencies. Bus drivers may work for public or private transportation companies, schools, or tour operators.

Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring, including development and implementation of sound fiscal management practices and internal controls.

Monitor cash flow and budget utilization against future commitments and alert FAM of areas where budgets may be exceeded.

Receives payment from customers (cash & cheque), verifies and receipts onto the ERP system and reconciles all collections for the day.
