As the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the procurement process in support of project activities.

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project effectiveness.

Provides quality assurance to the technical interventions advanced by the project team and subcontractors/subawardees.

Provides strategic direction and technical leadership to produce project results

Develops and oversees the project’s collaboration, learning and adaptation (CLA) agenda and any operational research studies or assessments undertaken by the project.

The Finance and Operations Director will oversee day-to-day operations and financial management of the project.

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will be providing technical and managerial support to the COP, assisting in areas including work planning, performance management, continuous learning, and technical assistance to government counterparts

Provides oversight to the development and implementation of a comprehensive project MEL/CLA Plan for the effective and continuous use of data for programming decisions at all levels.
