Provides financial services to meet client specific needs to promote, market and sell Financial Solutions in accordance with relevant legislation, to meet sales targets and achieve strategic business objectives.

The role is also responsible for delivering an appropriate and sound control environment, reconciliations, Regulatory, Group and Management Reporting for Treasury and Financial Markets

Manage the bank’s legal and regulatory risks, ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks, and support the company secretarial function in a hybrid working environment.

The role holder(s) will be responsible undertaking all the Provide HR operations Services locally to employees and business Functions

Work as part of a DevOps team, apply analysis & testing tools, frameworks, techniques and practices to elicit, define and organize business requirements into user stories.

Responsible for identifying and engaging new-to-bank corporate clients operating in Absa presence countries who do not have an existing banking relationship with the bank.

You will review customer service trends and statistics within the allocated portfolio of Absa business units. Assist the business units in identifying customer complaint root causes and develop action plans to remediate.

You will provide legal support to business units while working under the supervision of a senior lawyer or manager ensuring all queries are filtered and assigned to the relevant team members.

Ensuring operational excellence, developing teams, and handling customer complaints in alignment with Absa’s service standards.

Responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive selling of the bank’s consumer lending, retail asset, and credit card products while ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsible for the execution of custody operations, security settlements, and corporate actions, while ensuring first-class global and local custody operations and service oversight.

The role holder will be accountable for interpretation of financial information to stakeholders of the business for informed decision making.
